Unlike other agencies, we are based in London and have a good working knowledge of Britain's most vibrant city. A member of our staff has visited each hostel before we book for them and we can make sure our customers are happy with the hostel they have chosen. Some other overseas agencies have never actually seen the hostels they are booking for!

Some of our staff are travellers themselves and are a good judge of value and hostel standard. We have also stayed in most of the hostels ourselves and there is no better way to recommend a hostel than this.
